Viaje de ida

Viaje de Ida is not a fixed project, but a journey.

Conceived from the outset as a “one-way trip,” it evolves through human and musical encounters along the road.

Presented today in France in a new formation, the project continues to explore world music through a dialogue between guitar and percussion, where each collaborator brings their own voice and sensibility to the story.

Brazilian vibes

Michi first got exposed to Brazilian Popular Music in the early 2000 against, in Spain. He directly fell in love with the rhythms and melodies from this by-then Later on, he would have the opportunity to live for a while in Brazil to tap deeper into its artistic and musical richness. He has since then enjoyed discovering bossa nova and other carioca grooves and coming up with his very own adaptations or interperations..
