"Viaje de ida" was originated in Spain during the pandemic, along with his friend Juan Carlos Martinez, stunning and versatile percussionist. This musical project was thought as a world travel journey through music that when started, never ends. An idea of moving through life and on earth, without looking back. An invitation to always pursue our dreams, to the pace of music and encounters along the road.
Brazilian vibes
Michi first got exposed to Brazilian Popular Music in the early 2000 against, in Spain. He directly fell in love with the rhythms and melodies from this by-then Later on, he would have the opportunity to live for a while in Brazil to tap deeper into its artistic and musical richness. He has since then enjoyed discovering bossa nova and other carioca grooves and coming up with his very own adaptations or interoperations..
